 Mid project review

So far my project has met aims and objectives as i have undertaken detailed research of articles to meet my project management tasks list and kept source links, dates and authors so i can introduce Harvard referencing into my dissertation.

However my time management objective has not been met due to an extended period of ill health in November, this means i will now spend more personal time on the epq over the coming months to make up for those hours i lost.

After undertaking my initial research of the EVs I have decided i want to answer more questions, such as what are the government doing to push the mass adoption of these vehicles as there has been a change to legislation since my initial research. I also want to find how the government will incentivise these cars either making them more affordable or attractive as it is important to them as well as us as the public to hit the net zero target as soon as possible.

I have found through my research that people don't trust the safety of the EV's which may lead to the public not buying these vehicles which can be even more harmful than us not switching at all, therefore i would like to research the views on the safety of these cars including from the public eye as well as from the motoring industry and what possible solutions there are to get the public to trust the EVs and want to own one over an ICE vehicle.

Additionally i want to research other drawbacks i have found with the EV's such as ; cost in comparison to emission savings (DIRTY CAR EV act), The electricity grid and charging stations as well as range anxiety, How where you live will effect the cost of an ev as well as it's benefits/ drawbacks, Whether the technology will advance too fast and cause older EV models to be obsolete ( also linking to how long these cars are meant to last), what technology is being introduced to help with the acceptance of these vehicles,
